Kia Pride

The Kia Pride is an automobile (of the size defined as a supermini or subcompact car) produced by South Korean manufacturer Kia Motors from March 1987 to 2000. It was a rebadged version of the Ford Festiva (introduced in Japan the previous year), which also sold in some markets as the Mazda 121. The Pride was replaced in 2001 by the Rio, which retains the Kia Pride name in South Korea.
The Pride was sold in four-door saloon form (in LX, GTX, and β trim levels), as well as three- and five-door hatchback forms (the CD-5) and five-door estate body styles. Originally powered by 1.1 or 1.3 litre carburetted petrol engines, the 1.1 unit was dropped in 1995 and the other received fuel injection in order to meet European Union emissions requirements. Production continued until the summer of 2000 when Kia launched the larger Rio.
SAIPA built the Kia Pride in Iran under license using up to 85% local parts content. The Saipa Pride remained in production from 2001 to 2005. SAIPA then began production of a new model based on the Pride called the Saipa 141 (a five-door hatchback) while continuing to sell the Iranian version of the Pride under the names Saipa Saba (four-door saloon) and Saipa Nasim (five-door hatchback). A pick-up model of this car was projected from 2008 called Saipa Pick-Up. In Iran Prides continue to be the most common car with two out of five cars a Pride.
When Kia began importing cars to Europe in early 1991, the Pride was the only model to be sold in the region — until the arrival of the larger Mentor three years later.

Kia Avella

The Kia Avella is a subcompact car produced by South Korean automaker Kia Motors from March 1994 to 1998. [1] It was a five-seater available in sedan, three-door and five-door hatchback body styles. Sold worldwide as the Avella, it was rebadged as the Ford Aspire in North America and the Ford Festiva in Japan and Australasia. Sales of the Avella totalled 115,576 in 1994 but dropped to only 27,850 in 1998. [2] The Avella was replaced by the Kia Rio.

The Avella was available with two engines: [3] [4]
B3 EGi: 1.3 L (1323 cc) fuel injected 8-valve I4 making 73 hp (DIN) (54 kW) at 5000 rpm and 99 ft.lbf (135 Nm) of torque at 3000 rpm
B5 EGi: 1.5 L (1498 cc) fuel injected 8-valve I4 making 88.4 hp (DIN) (65 kW) at 5000 rpm and 99 ft.lbf (135 Nm) of torque at 4000 rpm
All Avellas came standard with a five-speed manual transmission, although all models could be optioned with a four-speed automatic. In the United States, the four-speed automatic was not available; the automatic had only three gears.
The Avella was suspended by MacPherson struts in the front and a torsion bar axle in the rear. [5]

Delta GS: 4-door, B3 EGi
Delta LS: 4-door, B5 EGi
Delta LS Di: 4-door, B5D EGi
All Avellas came standard with 13 in wheels, 160/70R13 tires, a four-speaker stereo, heated rear glass, ABS, driver's side airbag, and door impact beams. [7] [8] Optional equipment included air conditioning, power locks, power mirrors, power windows, folding rear seats, dimming interior mirror, a tachometer, and aluminum wheels.

Kia Bongo

The Kia Bongo (Hangul:기아 봉고), also known as Kia K-Series, is a pickup truck produced and built by Kia Motors.
The first Bongo was launched in April, 1997 under the name Bongo Frontier. In December, 2000 the second generation Bongo Frontier was launched. As of 2004, the Kia Bongo was in its third version, Kia Bongo III. "Frontier" was dropped from the name with this revision.

The Kia Bongo Frontier was originally available in RV or pickup trucks. It was replaced by the Kia Bongo III in 2004. The Bongo Frontier was the first Kia Motors car to be exported to Europe and South America. Beginning in 1995, there was a minivan variant called the Kia Pregio.

The Bongo Frontier was the first rear wheel drive car produced by Kia Motors.
Kia has produced small and large trucks for the Korean market for at least 25 years. Rear wheel drive Bongo trucks have been on the market in Korea since at least the late 1980s. Available in white or medium blue with a 4 cylinder diesel engine. Other colors are special order only. Available in 2 or 4 door.

The 3rd generation became the Kia Bongo III.
